ClearVue integrated smart façade presents a highly flexible system designed for virtually all types of façades, fenestration, curtain walls, and building envelopes. It transforms buildings into energy powerhouses by utilizing every inch of their surface for energy generation.

ClearVue smart façade allows to achieve significant energy output, reduces carbon footprint, brings buildings in compliance with the NetZero policies, cuts building running costs by meeting up to 14% of energy requirements, and does all this without compromising on the transparency of the windows or their quantity.

ClearVue Integrated Active Façade provides power for virtually all façades and surfaces. By combining our unique clear solar glass with our other BIPV products, buildings can achieve a power output of up to 100 watts per square meter AND fulfill the NetZero requirements.

The ClearVue integrated solar façade generates enough power to meet 12% to 4% of their overall energy requirements (based on 40:60 vision to non-vision areas building modeling).
Behind the meter energy generated can be linked to the BMS, used to power smart features, or routed to the storage activated during peak demand.
