ClearVue Solar Vision Glass maintains transparency and delivers both energy generation and excellent thermal performance which provides an improved Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC) when deployed across a building façade. Our Solar Vision Glass can be customized to work in most glass configurations providing flexibility for building integration.

 ClearVuePV Vision Glass supports sustainable building operations by providing energy generation that significantly offsets operational energy requirements: it combines high visible light transmission with low solar heat gain coefficient. 

Including ClearVuePV Solar Glass  allows for a higher level of fenestration while maintaining the thermal performance of the building.

Product Features

  • Energy generation of up to 30 watts peak per sq m
  • Decreases the use of traditional energy sources by contributing clean energy towards the building's energy use
  • Behind the meter energy generated can be linked to the BMS, used to power smart features, or routed to the storage activated during peak demand.

By reducing the reliance on fossil fuels, our solar glass can assist buildings to comply with ESG and carbon policies, and achieve green certifications and high energy efficiency ratings. 

By producing clean energy on-site and improving the thermal performance of buildings, our solar glass creates savings on the building's heating and cooling costs.

ClearVue solar glass can also qualify for various government incentives, and reduce carbon tax in the jurisdictions where it's been introduced. 

Our glass comes in a variety of sizes - up to 3.5m x 2.1 m, vertical and horizontal articulation.

Compatible with most glass compositions and low emissive (low-e) coating technologies.

Compatible with standard curtain wall and framing systems.

ClearVue solar glass is compatible with most coatings to match glass spec and other materials on the building.

Fire certified by TÜV SÜD under the EN 13501-1:2018 A2-s1, d0 classification rating for combustibility

Installs similar to regular IGUs, and  is compatible with most standard curtain wall and framing systems.

IGU seal is equivalent to standard IGUs (Certified by Insulating Glass Certification Council).
