Mr. Michael Pixley is a highly experienced Merchant Banker with over 30 years of experience in Asia. Beginning in Singapore and later moving to Australia, Mr. Pixley has developed deep contacts with Asian businesses, individuals, and governments. As a CEO and Director in private and public companies, he has gained extensive experience in deal origination, structuring, and execution across various sectors including real estate, infrastructure, and healthcare.
Mr. Pixley has a proven track record of building successful businesses and has led numerous transactions throughout their career, including M&A, IPOs, and debt and equity financings. He has a strong reputation for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders and partners. Overall, Mr. Pixley brings a wealth of expertise and a deep understanding of the Asian business landscape to his work. With a strong network and proven experience in leadership positions, he is well-equipped to provide strategic advice and value-added solutions to clients across various industries.
Lisa Dreher is Global Marketing Director for ClearVue where she is leading the company’s brand, communications, and media relations programs. She brings over 30 years of business development, product management, public relations, and marketing leadership experience in technology and sustainability. She has a unique perspective that is at the cross section of industry-leading technologies and world-changing innovation. Her work has helped startups and established enterprises grow faster and define clear paths to profitable revenue. She has helped companies navigate the startup through enterprise evolution and the development of partner ecosystems to scale their businesses faster.
Georgina has a cross-disciplinary background working across multiple areas of sustainability. From corporate sustainability in the built environment working and leading projects/strategies on NetZero, circular economy, waste management, carbon offsets and environmental education through to complex system design and social impact consulting, energy policy, and digital transformations across various roles working on projects for government, NFPs and corporate clients.
Georgina has also held roles supporting start-ups in aquaculture and circular economy. Due to this breadth of experience across sustainability, Georgina is able to holistically support our business to consider all aspects of sustainability as we focus on decarbonising the energy sector.
Chris leads ClearVue’s research and development. He graduated from Sydney University with a background working on solar and wind farms. He is involved in the PCB design and embedded software for the Smart Façade system in addition to solar and thermal modelling, data analytics and software for the broader ClearVue ecosystem.
Chris brings a knowledge of integrated software, hardware and AI systems to the team.
As a chartered professional engineer in both Australia and China, Tao has extensive experience on project management, engineering study & analysis and civil/structural design for a large number of international projects.
Tao is ClearVue’s Chief Operating Officer, leading the technical team on ClearVue product certification programmes in compliance with international standards, and participates in R&D on new product models and functionalities. He also supports the sales team and directs the global OEM manufacturers to achieve project timelines with efficiency and quality.
Tao currently manages several projects from small to large scale, in the application of ClearVue products onto residential, commercial and agricultural buildings in Australia, China, Japan, Singapore and other countries/regions.
Hui Teng Tang holds a degree in architecture from UCSI University and works as Architectural Integration / Drafter at ClearVue with a focus on seamlessly incorporating solar technology into building design. With a background in architecture, she collaborates closely with project teams to deliver tailored solar solutions that align with both structural and aesthetic requirements.
