He has been in the Industry for over 25 years having started and owned a number of private businesses, including Pharmaceutical,Toiletry and Food Manufacturing Businesses. Victor has won an International Innovation Award in Germany for developments in food processing technologies. He has consulted to a number of private and public companies in the areas of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and health foods.
General Counsel & Corporate Officer
Jamie has over 20 years’ experience working in the areas of IP, commercialisation and technology both as an IP and commercialisation lawyer and as a commercialisation adviser. In his work as a lawyer he has worked with a number of well-known local and interstate law and patent firms and internationally with a specialist IT law firm as well as in-house with BHP Steel (now Bluescope) and multinational IT services provider SchlumbergerSema (now ATOS). As a commercialisation adviser, Jamie has assisted a number start-up and early stage companies both as an adviser and a Director (of which he retains a number of current positions). He has also operated and managed the Western Australian government’s Innovation Centre incubator under two separate outsourced consultancy terms where he was responsible for assisting innumerable innovative West Australian businesses on their path to successful commercialisation.

Glen is an accomplished, innovative strategic bid and project director with over 30 years of experience including international and national expertise in the positioning and execution of large-scale projects including in the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and public-private partnership (PPP) environments and across a range of industries including Healthcare, ICT, green and brown field construction, commercial and government. A good proportion of Glen’s career was with Schneider Electric as one their leading sales executives. Glen has a distinct aptitude in introducing disruptive technologies into business operations to address modern corporate challenges. These skills are supported by his extensive experience across business development, organizational change, project management, customer/stakeholder engagement and commercial contractual negotiations. Glen holds business and management qualifications from an international Graduate School of Business and from INSEAD in France, as well as from Schneider Electric University.
Business Development & Applications Engineer (USA)
Steve Coonen is a photovoltaic consulting engineer, specializing in building integrated photovoltaics (BIPV) based in California. He is an electrical engineer from the University of Arizona (1982). Mr. Coonen has been working in the photovoltaics field since 1983 starting as a contractor specializing in new construction photovoltaics for Westinghouse. In 1994 he cofounded Atlantis Energy Systems (still in business today) where Mr. Coonen began his focus on BIPV. Applied Solar of San Diego then hired Mr. Coonen in 2004 as their Corporate Technology Officer to direct the development of a new line of BIPV glass products. For the past 25 years he has had a sole direction of developing and certifying new solar electric building materials. He currently has over 3,000 BIPV systems fielded to his credit, including the California Academy of Science in San Francisco, the Whitehall Ferry Terminal in Manhattan and 1,500 new houses for Pulte Homes.
