ClearVue-Helios is a unified metal-backed BIPV platform available in three configurations: an aluminium-backed rooftop panel for lightweight large-span installations, a steel-backed rooftop panel for trafficable high-access roofs, and the HELIOS BRPV Integrated PV-ESS-Charging Carpark System for commercial, municipal, and residential parking facilities.

All three configurations share the same certified metal-backed panel platform — just 5 kg/m², fully sealed, delivering over 220 Wp/m² (rooftop) or up to 590 Wp per panel (carpark). Certified to IEC 61730, IEC 61215, and UL 790. Sub-4-year payback available on carpark deployments.

Two Rooftop Configurations

ClearVue-Helios Rooftop Solar is available in two metal-backed configurations — aluminium for ultra-lightweight large-span installations and steel for trafficable roofs requiring safe foot-traffic access.

Aluminium-Backed

The aluminium-backed option weighs just 5 kg/m² — the lightest rooftop BIPV panel available. Ideal for large-span metal roofs where minimising structural load is critical. Delivers over 220 Wp/m² with the same fully sealed mounting system that eliminates leaks and keeps buildings up to 30% cooler.

Steel-Backed

The steel-backed option is trafficable — designed for roofs requiring regular maintenance access or high-traffic industrial environments. Same 220+ Wp/m² performance and fully sealed installation. The heavier gauge backing provides additional durability in extreme weather and high-load environments.

Sealed Installation System

Generated DC electricity feeds into a standard junction box on the frame edge, connecting directly to building electrical systems via micro-inverter or string inverter configurations.

HELIOS BRPV

Integrated PV-ESS-Charging Carpark Solution

HELIOS BRPV transforms everyday carparks into fully integrated renewable energy hubs — combining solar generation, battery energy storage (ESS), and EV charging infrastructure in a single system. Suitable for commercial and municipal carparks, outdoor parking facilities, and residential applications. Achieves payback in under 4 years before government subsidies.

Three Carport System Configurations

HELIOS BRPV is available in three carport structural configurations to suit different site layouts, parking capacities, and aesthetic requirements — all with the same integrated solar, storage, and EV charging capability.

Two-Column System

12-space carport — Two-column cantilevered design. System size 52.7 kWp, estimated annual generation 62 MWh. Standard configuration for commercial and municipal carparks.

Single-Column System

12-space carport — Single-column cantilever, modern minimalist design. Reduces structural footprint while maintaining the same energy generation capacity. Ideal for space-constrained sites.

Y-Column System

24-space carport — Y-column double-bay configuration for high-capacity facilities. Maximises parking spaces per structural element. Suited to large commercial, retail, and logistics facilities.

Integrated EV Charging

HELIOS BRPV includes EVSE (Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment) integration as standard — enabling direct solar-to-vehicle charging with smart load balancing and grid connection capability.

Battery Energy Storage

Integrated battery ESS captures excess solar generation for use during peak demand periods or grid outages. The complete system connects to the utility grid with smart monitoring and management capability.

Smart Monitoring

Full topology integration: solar PV → battery ESS → EVSE chargers → distribution panel → utility grid. Real-time monitoring and remote management lowers operational barriers for all facility types.
