18 November 2024: ClearVue Technologies Limited (ASX: CPV) has entered into a strategic OEM Manufacturing Agreement with Maxblue Industrial Glass Co., LTD. a leading manufacturer of advanced architectural glass solutions based in China.
This partnership significantly enhances ClearVue’s ability to deliver global projects directly, while establishing a robust backup supply chain for its growing network of licensees worldwide, strengthening ClearVue’s product offerings and expanding market presence by leveraging Maxblue’s state-of-the-art glass manufacturing capabilities for itself and licensees.
Under the agreement Maxblue is granted rights to manufacture, on an OEM basis, products incorporating ClearVue’s advanced photovoltaic glazing technology exclusively for ClearVue, or as directed by ClearVue, including for the benefit of its other licensees.
Maxblue is headquartered in Shanghai with production facilities located in the Haimen Economic Development Zone in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, China.
