With over 35 years of hands-on business experience spanning banking and finance, administration, management, sales and marketing, Theresa Smits brings a rare combination of strategic insight and operational expertise. Her career has been built from the ground up, formed by real-world experience rather than theory, giving her a practical edge in navigating complex business environments.
Theresa is a highly organised, results-driven professional known for her adaptability, strong interpersonal skills and commitment to building trusted relationships. Her entrepreneurial track record includes founding and scaling multiple successful ventures across a range of industries.
She led Broadband2U to a successful acquisition by Superloop, one of Australia’s leading broadband providers. Since 2007, she has transformed Eaton Services Group from a small regional business into a major commercial cleaning and facilities management company operating along Australia’s eastern seaboard, achieving over 2400% growth.
Theresa’s deep background in finance and operations significantly strengthens the strategic and financial foundations of any business she is part of—including her current role contributing to the growth and commercial success of ClearVue Technologies.
Doug Hunt is the former Chief Executive of Europcar Asia Pacific and former Regional Director Asia Pacific for Europcar International, responsible for 31 countries in the APAC region. He has extensive international experience in international franchising and licensing and also brings extensive experience in the application and integration of alternative energy solutions, with seven years experience in the renewables industry in the USA and Australia.
Mr. Michael Pixley is a highly experienced Merchant Banker with over 30 years of experience in Asia. Beginning in Singapore and later moving to Australia, Mr. Pixley has developed deep contacts with Asian businesses, individuals, and governments. As a CEO and Director in private and public companies, he has gained extensive experience in deal origination, structuring, and execution across various sectors including real estate, infrastructure, and healthcare.
Mr. Pixley has a proven track record of building successful businesses and has led numerous transactions throughout their career, including M&A, IPOs, and debt and equity financings. He has a strong reputation for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders and partners. Overall, Mr. Pixley brings a wealth of expertise and a deep understanding of the Asian business landscape to his work. With a strong network and proven experience in leadership positions, he is well-equipped to provide strategic advice and value-added solutions to clients across various industries.
Mr. Rosenberg has 25 years of glass industry experience and is a serial entrepreneur globally recognized for his industry contributions. He brings extensive senior executive sales and management experience to ClearVue, having led multiple start-ups in the pharmaceutical and food manufacturing industries.
Victor, a former pharmacist, has won an International Innovation Award in Germany for developments in food processing technologies, and now through his passion to achieve energy security through sustainable sources has turned his vision to glass. Victor believes energy generation and protecting our environment are two of our most important challenges and his dreams of producing a product to address both have now become a reality.

As a chartered professional engineer in both Australia and China, Tao has extensive experience on project management, engineering study & analysis and civil/structural design for a large number of international projects.
Tao is ClearVue’s Chief Operating Officer, leading the technical team on ClearVue product certification programmes in compliance with international standards, and participates in R&D on new product models and functionalities. He also supports the sales team and directs the global OEM manufacturers to achieve project timelines with efficiency and quality.
Tao currently manages several projects from small to large scale, in the application of ClearVue products onto residential, commercial and agricultural buildings in Australia, China, Japan, Singapore and other countries/regions.
Clifton brings 20+ years in façade, architectural & construction sector with extensive experience in global supply chain management, risk management and securing projects across Europe and the Middle East. Held senior positions with McMullen Facades Ltd, Linder Group, Multiforms and Kann Finch Group (UAE).
Geoff is qualified CPA with over 30 years experience in CFO (including ASX listed companies), senior financial and commercial roles across a variety of service organisations.
During that time, Geoff has acquired a wealth of knowledge with start ups, mergers and acquisitions, high growth businesses, equity and debt capital raisings, turn arounds, building financial systems and procedures and strategic planning and implementation.
Lisa Dreher is Global Marketing Director for ClearVue where she is leading the company’s brand, communications, and media relations programs. She brings over 30 years of business development, product management, public relations, and marketing leadership experience in technology and sustainability. She has a unique perspective that is at the cross section of industry-leading technologies and world-changing innovation. Her work has helped startups and established enterprises grow faster and define clear paths to profitable revenue. She has helped companies navigate the startup through enterprise evolution and the development of partner ecosystems to scale their businesses faster.
Chris leads ClearVue’s research and development. He graduated from Sydney University with a background working on solar and wind farms. He is involved in the PCB design and embedded software for the Smart Façade system in addition to solar and thermal modelling, data analytics and software for the broader ClearVue ecosystem.
Chris brings a knowledge of integrated software, hardware and AI systems to the team.
Mr Teun Wagenaar joins both ClearVue Europe B.V. and ClearVue Technologies Limited as consulting adviser following completion of acquisition of Lusoco B.V.’s IP and assets.
Mr Wagenaar is an industrial designer and serial entrepreneur who was a founder of Peer+ which was sold to Merck KGaA and formed the basis for its Merck Eyrise liquid crystal dynamically switchable glass solution. Co-founder of Lusoco, Mr Wagenaar is driving the growth of the Lusoco technology platform, integrated within ClearVue, with focus on Out of Home (OOH) media in the outdoor advertising, automotive and architectural markets.
Dr Mikhail Vasiliev graduated from Victoria University (Melbourne, Australia) in 2002. He is a multi-skilled expert with research interests in the fields of optical physics, optical engineering, photonics, nano-engineered functional materials, and scientific software development. Mikhail has been part of the Australian optics and photonics industry since early 2001, working as Development Engineer at JDS Uniphase Corp., North Ryde, Sydney, and later as Physicist at Optoelectronics Pty Ltd (Melbourne), until 2005. As Senior Research Fellow at Edith Cowan University between 2005-2020 Mikhail has worked on a number of research projects and in particular for ClearVue Technologies’ projects since 2010. He is now employed full-time at ClearVue Technologies as Lead Scientist. Mikhail has co-authored multiple high-impact research articles published in international peer-reviewed journals, as well as several scientific book chapters (View Mikhail’s Google Scholar profile here).
Georgina has a cross-disciplinary background working across multiple areas of sustainability. From corporate sustainability in the built environment working and leading projects/strategies on NetZero, circular economy, waste management, carbon offsets and environmental education through to complex system design and social impact consulting, energy policy, and digital transformations across various roles working on projects for government, NFPs and corporate clients.
Georgina has also held roles supporting start-ups in aquaculture and circular economy. Due to this breadth of experience across sustainability, Georgina is able to holistically support our business to consider all aspects of sustainability as we focus on decarbonising the energy sector.
Hui Teng Tang holds a degree in architecture from UCSI University and works as Architectural Integration / Drafter at ClearVue with a focus on seamlessly incorporating solar technology into building design. With a background in architecture, she collaborates closely with project teams to deliver tailored solar solutions that align with both structural and aesthetic requirements.
Tina Piek is a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with a robust background in banking and financial management.
After relocating from Sydney to Perth in 2007, she has accumulated over 15 years of experience in billing and accounts.
Holding a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping, Tina consistently upholds high personal standards and demonstrates a commitment to continuous professional development. Her strong focus on achieving optimal outcomes and fostering productive working relationships underscores her value as a proficient bookkeeper.
